Registration for the EuroVelo Conference 2026 is now open!

Why should you register?
- The conference starts with the Welcome Reception the evening of 30 September, offering networking opportunities and inspiring keynote speeches.
- An exhibition focused on cycling, which will open the evening of 30 September as well.
- A full day of parallel sessions and keynote speeches.
- Exchange ideas, meet with and learn from others with the same interest.
- The last day offers a number of technical visits in and around Utrecht, which gives you a unique opportunity to experience the behind-the-scenes of the city, one of best cycling cities and regions in the world.

The mentioned fees are excluding 21% VAT.
The registration fees include a ticket for the Welcome Reception (30 September), the Networking Dinner (1 October) and a Technical Tour (2 October, morning).
Registration for the non-for-profit fee is limited to 25 registrations and is based on a first come, first served basis. In order to quality for this fee, you will be required to upload documentation confirming your NPO status.
If you are a speaker of an accepted abstract, the reduced speaker registration fee will automatically be applied during the online registration.
Cancellation policy
Kindly be advised that the following cancellation policy applies:
- Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent by email to [email protected].
- For cancellations received up to and including 24 June 2026, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
- For cancellations received on and after 25 June 2026, no refund will be given, full amount required.
- Transferring the registration to another participant is not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company. An administration fee of €40 applies in that case.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the meeting.
- Travel and accommodation will not be reimbursed.
Payment methods
We accept payments by iDeal (Wero), Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay. It is not possible to pay online with the option to pay by invoice. If this is the only payment method possible for you, please contact the EuroVelo Conference 2026 secretariat at [email protected]. Please note that any applicable bank fees for payment by invoice are at your own expense.
Letter of invitation / Visa supporting letter
If you need a letter of invitation for your visa application, please contact the EuroVelo Conference 2026 secretariat at [email protected].
Please note that a letter of invitation will only be sent after payment of the registration fee and will only mention the conference registrant, not for accompanying persons (if applicable).
Privacy policy
Personal data will be collected, processed, stored by Congress by design (the “Processor”), on behalf of the EuroVelo Conference 2026 organisers, in its capacity as data controller, and shared with the EuroVelo Conference 2026 organisers.
Participant’s personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law, you may, at any time, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address [email protected].
Congress by design does not give your personal information to anyone else unless one of the following applies:
- You would reasonably expect that your information will be passed on to the recipient as part of the provision of products or services to you ancillary to your registration for this conference (for example, with the Scientific Committee and session organizers who will review the submitted abstracts for the sessions, with the caterers for registered delegates with dietary requirements, etc.).
- You have consented at the time of registration.
- It is required or authorised by law.
- It will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life or health.
- It is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the criminal law or of a law imposing a pecuniary penalty, or for the protection of public revenue.
