EuroVelo Conference 2026
How to get to Utrecht
To plan your trip to Utrecht and the Jaarbeurs, please go to this page, where you can find detailed information that will help you plan your trip by car, public transport and other means. The page offers a route planner as well as the option to book a parking space for your car.
When travelling by bicycle, you can check the ‘Bicycle parking Jaarbeursplein’, which is close to the venue location and offers parking facilities for your bicycle.
Would you like to experience the EuroVelo network and/or a Dutch long‑distance cycling route (LF route) on your way to Utrecht? That is possible from several directions
From the north and east, you can cycle from Arnhem – where the international train stops – along EuroVelo 15, the Rhine Cycle Route, to Bunnik. There you switch to the LF 4 Midden‑Nederland Route for the final stretch towards the city of Utrecht. This section takes you along the edge of the beautiful Utrechtse Heuvelrug.
From the west, Utrecht is also easily accessible via a LF route. Starting at The Hague Central Station, follow the LF 4 Midden‑Nederland Route, which leads you past impressive country estates through the Green Heart (Het Groene Hart), with highlights such as Kasteel de Haar.
From the south of the Netherlands, you can start the LF Waterlinie Route in Bergen op Zoom. This route passes heritage sites of world‑class importance. It does not take you through the city centre of Utrecht, but you can transfer to public transport at Utrecht Science Park. From there, you can reach the centre of Utrecht within 15 minutes.
