The conference is not only the annual international meeting point for the development, expansion and management of the ever-growing EuroVelo cycling route network, but also a key focal point for cycling tourism and route development across Europe more broadly.

Exhibition
The EuroVelo Conference 2026 Exhibition will be a hub of activity held in the central location of the conference venue. As an exhibitor, you will enjoy prime exposure during the conference and have many direct contacts with the participants. The Exhibition will be situated in the area directly outside the main session rooms where all the coffee breaks and lunches will be served. Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to connect with participants at their booth during the Welcome Reception, held in the Exhibition area.
Your exhibition booth will be built and ready for you. No worry and no hassle! The following is included in your Exhibition booth:
- Shell scheme booth measuring 3 meters wide x 2 meters deep (walls are 2.5 m high)
- A fascia sign – your company name above the front of the booth
- LED spotlights (1 per 3m2)
- One table and two chairs
- A standard 230V 1 Kw power connection including 3 plugs
